if needs be. These will be scanned and the originals returned, via Australia
Post, within two weeks.

| If required, celebrants should be able to demonstrate
they own copyright or have copyright clearance for all content - images &
text - provided for their page / Photo Gallery |
| Celebrants Online retains copyright on all non-celebrant
content on this site

| Responsibility for Content:
| Celebrants Online retains the right to refuse content or
hyperlinks if said content does not comply with Australian Law. |

named celebrant. Said celebrant is responsible for the accuracy and validity

| Guarantee of Site Up-Time:
| Celebrants Online is hosted by a 3rd-party service
provider whose up-time commitment is 99%. Celebrants Online up-time is
dependent on that of the 3rd-party service provider. |
