In the real world, celebrating a marriage is a team effort and not being subject to the
constraints or whims of a
Celebrant or Minister.
The day belongs to you and your
partner, and the celebrant you choose should be
able to tailor the ceremony to your needs, not his/hers.
Hidden prices or additional
costs for changing the font on certificates ($40.00) or charging more because
it’s hot weather (I have seen letters stating an additional $50.00 if hotter
than 35 degrees!!) or more for the use of a Public Address System.
I charge $450.00, regardless of weather or
fonts, and only perform one ceremony a day so that
there is no stress put on the bride if circumstances cause a late arrival.
Also, for the first meeting, I will attend at your home; you don’t have to
come to me, regardless of where you live, and do the
rehearsal for no cost!
